A customer with a Ricoh Aficio MPC2050. He uses the machine for bw and color printing, but only for bw copies. Is it possible to completely disable/prohibit the color copy function?

- Press the [User Tools/Counter] key
- Touch [System Settings]
- Touch the [Key Operator Tools] tab
- Touch [User Code Management]
- Select [On] or [Off] for each function that is listed
- If you select [On] for a function, all users will be required to input their User Code before they can use that function (and vice versa)
- Touch [OK] then press the [User Tools/Counter] key to exit from the User Tools menu
