Savin C4535 lost user access code

Need to reset the access code that someone playing around in user tools. someone setup the authentication code and no one know what the code is, so no one can use the copier. Sp7810-1 is not in the codes on the machine not even using the # key. I've never ran into this problem, can someone point me in the right direction please ?

Try webbing into the machine (WIM), and login as "supervisor" - lower case, no quotes, no password.

The only function of the supervisor account is to reset the admin account to have no password.

Once you do that, you can login as admin, and make changes as desired.

If the supervisor password has been changed, you have issues...

If the supervisor password is also lost, you'll have to replace the NVRAM.

Can't you just reset the Address Book Via SP Mode?

          tried that

That was the first thing I tried, was able to get in using web access "supervisor" and was able to reset the code. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, thanks for your help.
