TOSHIBA 4500c / RICOH 5560 Network Connection issue

I am trying to network my Toshiba 4500c (Ricoh 5560) to 2 computers. I have they are both recognizing the machine and ping the IP address fine. However it is telling me that I do not have access to the Network allowing me to actually print anything... The error message I get on my Vista computer is " "Network name" is not set up to establish a connection on port "File and printer sharing (SMB) with this computer."

Does anyone know if there is a way to have the copier give the computer permission?? This is not something I have ever had a problem with before.

    Thanks!

I use the IP address to setup a tcpip port to print to the Toshiba's. The network name error is probably due to the dns info not being setup up on the printer or the printer workgroup and the Vista workgroup do not match.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
