Locked prints is there anyway to add a settings so that the files delete themselves after a certain time let's say a file is sitting on the machine longer then 1 day automatically delete it.

The only "File delete" setting I'm aware of is the Doc Server 3 day delete setting which is set as default.Comment

There's also a setting for Auto Delete Stored Print jobs or Auto Delete Temp Print Jobs... I just can't remember were!! Probably under Printer Settings somewhere. That's where I would start.sigpic
