    stapler question

    Hi All,
    I have a 2060 with a SR890 finisher.The finisher will attempt to advance the staples then comes up with a j code.It sounds the same as when you add new staples and it is advancing the staples except it wasn`t out of staples.Any idea`s ?

      There is a little piece in the stapler that breaks. (just had this) Try a new stape cart. That "should" fix it.
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
