Getting very intermittent jams in Duplex exit area. Mostly Jam codes 066, 069. Copy count 750k. Any ideas?

Check the white plastic pressure rollers. I have seen them get tilted in the slots and stick to where there was uneven pressure and intermittent jamming on duplex or face down copies.
