Is this a security issue....30 users need to keep their prints confidential or is this just to keep the prints organized?

its more a waste thing they don't want too waste paper by printing iteams and forgetting that they have done so and the next user taking thir print job and may be bining the first one, so ive showed them locked printing and they like the fact that they have too input a code at the m/c, but its the putting the code into the driver at first they the boss thinks that the end users may forget too do this??
ive read about a peace of software that promps them too enter thir code as they click the print icon ????
      thanks mark

I posted a link to the driver customization tool in another thread. The 'Pop-Up' can be enabled on the PCL drivers using the tool.

I just downloaded it and unpacked it to see if all was well, worked for me. Re-download it and try again. I'm on a Mac, but that should make no difference with the zip file... Otherwise I'll repackage it and replace the file.

I had no issue with the file under Windows XP either and replaced the file just to be really sure anyhow and retested with both Mac and PC. Worked with old and new files on both platforms. Re-download it and maybe try a different zip tool.
