    Hi got replace web message on ops panel so changed web and reset the l
    folloeing sp codes 7804-04,7805-05,1902-01 to 0% switch off/on,
    Still have message, web near end replace web!!!!!!
    Any ideas anyone?

    If a new cleaning web was installed, reset SP 7806-008 & SP 7804-005 (press
    "Execute" on the LCD).

      Hi totoro, tried this no joy but today successfuly replaced web on another 4000 after resetting 1902-001 to 0%
      7804-005,7806-8 message gone!!
      Must be a software glitch on other 4000!!

            There was a fault on one model (Can't remember which) where if you set sp1902-001 to Zero it didn't clear. try setting to "1" and rebooting. If this works there is probably new firmware which may explain why the other machine was ok.
