2022 document handler no infeed

This unit was working until I moved it to another location . The sensors seem to work but the infeed motor does not run . I tried a free run in service mode and nothing. ther are no error code and when I place a document in the feeder it beeps but it still scans from the platten glass. Any ideas any one.

Thank you that is what it was . the sensor had come loose from it seat .
