    MP4500 withh PCC - Printer option missing

    Have a mission at the moment ,

    MP4500 with PCC, printer option missing on screen, sc819 and 997 errors
    Replaced controller, Formatted HDD, Reload and update all firmware. reloaded PCC - printer option then displayed all okay. Left it fot 3 hours it disapeared again.
    Won't let you unistall PCC from screen. Only way to reload PCC is Format HDD.

    Going for memory next
    What do you think ?????? Any ideas welcomed please

      With the 819 I'd suspect the HDD. Did you download the stamp data to the HDD after you reformatted it? Did the download complete okay?

              Printer option missing

              You should be able to uninstall PCC using Web Image Monitor, 819 in some of the cases requires to have HDD replaced but as you said i would go through memory dimm either . Also is worth to check priner/scanner Sd card and slot itself, try to remove and put it back into the slot again.

                  I have changed the controller and sd printer-scanner option already. Today I got the machine print option staple and reloaded PCC. However in the Priority tab PCC does not display. There for the machine powers on in Printer priority and then goes into PCC.
                  I thing I will try tomo will be to reset the License in the Sp modes

                  I'll update on it then
