set key counter in display after replacing hdd. reformatted and did the stamp data but to no avail. same deal. thanks t

Press user tools key. Press and hold # then press system settings. It will ask if you want to reset all settings to default, press yes. That should clear the problem. Be warned though, any special settings like trays, erase margins etc will be reset to default and will have to be re-input.
