Ricoh Aficio 450, back side of the copy is dirty?

Hi every one, i am new to this forum.
I have old copier Ricoh Aficio 450, i want to work with them agean. I have a probelm. When i try to copy/print 1-slide copy then the copy is ok, but put when i tray duplex print/copy back side of the copy is dirty, also when i open right cover there is a litle toner on the OPC drum it isnt 100% clean.

    - i changed OPC drum and cleaning blade and the problem is here agean, a dont think that is charge roller problem becouse if charge roller not ok than first side of the copy will be dirty too, t tested that when i put out tonner botle anf copy onli with toner that is in the developer copy is ok, when i put back toner agean same problem, i dont know what to do

    Please
    any solution

Take the cover off of the duplex unit and clean it out.

The toner on the drum is most likely being caused by worn out developer, bad drum ground, toner buildup on the mag roller, or all of the above.
Don't take that toner with me!

Is the problem same (i.e. dirty background on the reverse side), when you are taking single side in multi copy mode ?

x2 I think what he is saying is that when he uses the bypass he is getting toner on the back side. The solution for that is to vacuum the hell out of the paper path, reg area and the inside of the machine. These machines are pigs, so change developer, clean or replace the mag roller

When the transfer unit is the problem, you usually see dirty backsides on single sided copies as well.
Don't take that toner with me!

It seems due to overtoning, the transfer roller is getting dirty & problem starts. Please replace the toner bottle first, if it will not solve the problem, you can check the machine performance by replacing TD sensor. Please share the progress.
