Dev leak on ricoh 1060 2060 models

Can any one get hold of the augers inside the dev unit. As the shaft wears the dev leaks from the bushes.
On the older models you could order the shafts, but now there is no part number, only for the bushings.

really dont want to order a new dev unit every time, as they aint cheap.

    thanks

Only solution is to take out the paddle roller, re-fabricate the whole shaft and insert back the plastic auger with the correct position. This is what I do most of the time.
You can't buy the paddle roller, only the whole DV tank is available.

Hi, sorry for askin a stupid question, when you say re-fabricate, do you get a new shaft.
not sure what to do with the shaft as it wears down at the ends.how exactly do you get the shaft to fit perfectly back in to the bushings.

      thanks again
