Can you get the SC990 error code on a Ricoh Aficio 1035 due to a problem with the document feeder? What other possible causes could there be for this code(unrelated to what the service manuel states)? Any help appreciated, thank you.

it could also be possible the hard drive. I had one recently 2035 sc990 disconected the hard drive and the machine didn't fault when testing it but you do lose the options. Formattting didn't work due to its age so i just fitted a new hard drive and its been fine.Comment
