    Ricoh 2020: sc 120

    Dear sirs!
This machine makes copies without problems from ADF and exposure glass. But the interesting thing start when user try to scan. From ADF - no problem. When original is on the exposure glass, scanner starts move to the right, then to the left, through homeposition sensor, strikes of the copier body and error appears sc 120. No ideas in my minde

Clean the sensor and flag. Clean and lube the scanner rails should fix it.

Try to bring up oil on the way from scanner glider clean it when possible withe Airdust and bring on your Maschine from new Star (Red Button for Power on)
Scan over ADF carrier from Scanner dont have to move Scan from Glass its go to right for lighting up your Document
