It appears to be confined to the magenta dev assy (mag roll blockage on one end). Run a sky shot of in single color mode of each color to confirm. You can remove the developer and gently shake it side to side and also try running a piece of paper between the mag roll and doctor blade. The developer material is probably clumping, you may have to replace the assembly.

These junkers are monocomponent, so technically there is no developer material. I agree the Dev assembly probably needs replaced, but a blockage or clumping would create void streaks, not the avalance.

Fortunately there are only a few things that cause 90% of the problems with these - developer units, PCU, Charge, and Fuser.
You would know if the fuser ate itself so you can probably rule it out. Charge would cause problems with all colors, so toss that too. That leaves PCU and developer. Again the PCU would be common to all colors, so you're left with developer, or some of the oddball problems these beasts have like clutches.

Fortunately none of the PM items are difficult to change, nor are they terribly expensive - which is good because they don't last worth a fart in a wind storm.

Roll it out to the parking lot and give all the employees a shot with a baseball bat, or a weapon of their choosing for $5.00 a hit.
They will make the money to get a down payment for a good color machine.
Worked twice for me. One customer was a sheriffs department and the raised $500.00 in 2 hours. I gave free machine transport to the shooting range and made the sale.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

: ) nice, but here in Macedonia people work for 5$ per day, and none will give you 5$ per shot, so that it isnt posible

              - Does anyone has service manual or step by step how to open and clean machine inside

The machine relies on on the gears at each end of the dev unit being spun by those on the long shaft under the unit (Inside the machine) to drive the unit forward towards the PCU belt. If both gears are not engaging, or the Dev drive clutch is slipping, the dev unit may move away from the PCU on one or both sides giving a loss of a single colour. Your image shows a typical "sawtooth" effect which happens when one side does not engage. Remove the Magenta dev unit, turn the mag roller gears about 1/2 tooth (Upwards), refit the unit. if this doesn't work, stick some soft foam about 4-5 mm thick on the door behind the dev unit (Draught Excluder?). This will help stop the unit bouncing away as the cluch engages. if this doesn't work change the magenta dev clutch.
