    Aficio 3025 clutch part number

I need the reg clutch and I am being told that the number in the book(B2091186) is obsolete. Does anyone have the updated number? Thanks for your help.

It's not obsolete as far as I can tell, our system doesn't tell me it is anyway and I've got that number back recently after fitting it.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Wow, that number is obsolete with no sub. I just checked it. I guess you'll have to call tech support to get it. If you find out, let us know

That's a good number, I just did a search on the Ricoh Parts Pricing web site from my blackberry, it came up good with a price of $48.28 (list). They may have updated the part number though, I would just order it with the one you have. When I order parts that have changed, it gets ordered then cancelled with the new part number substituted and sent.

According to parts catalog it is B209 1186 Magnetic Clutch - 35z (registration roller clutch). At the time you will be ordering it CSR should tell you if it has been superseded with something else. Usually when the part supplier has been changed or part had been modified the new part number will be used.

I know that is what is supposed to happen, but Ricoh SCM is telling me that the part is obsolete and there is no sub number at this point and if I need one, I will have to call tech support.
