    Hi,
    I am facing a problem with new SPC232SF, as a printer the machine is working fine - no problem.
    i configured push scan (Scan to Folder) and dns ,domine , ip,subnet,gateway everything perfectly given.
    But after selecting scan and destination once we press the start button. the machine shows 'connected to server' and after some second its shows connection failed.
    That means the machine is trying to send the scan to email.
    The manual shows that the error is related to pop before SMTP.
    i have not configured the SMTP. Because, the customer wants the scan to folder only.
    When I try to update the firmware using USB. The machine gives the error that 'machine is busy'
    Can any one advice me solve the problem.

      In the address book for that destination, do not enter an email address, just the path to the folder in the order: \\servername (where folder is located) \name of folder.

          Hi.
          I have this problem .

          1. If this machine have firmware 1.30 she can't scan to e-mali , only new machine who a new firmware ( 1.50 ) .You can check in configurate pages.

          2.You can scan with TWIN driver but you must instal DESK TOP BINDER.

          3. SCAN TO FOLDER-
          - Open one folder on HDD C or D , SHARE this folder whit FULL pemissions .In web browser there are ( ON SCAN TO FOLDER ) \\192.168.1\SCANNER ( \\ ip adrres or computer name \ shared folder name.
          YOU MUST TO HAVE ONLY ONE SHARED FOLDER WITH ONE NAME .

              Junk this machine and get a real one. These are not business machines, they are glorified home units. Get One made by RICOH. MPc2050 as a start.

                      Hi to all. I have one of this machines and also i cant scan to email, print is fine, scan-to-file is fine, but scan to e-mail is as Rajrajraja said. Firmware version is v1.14a, do i have to update????
