I like the 2090. There are a few things I've experienced.
In lower volume or intermittent use the toner supply can plug up, causing SC495 and the need to replace hoses, pumps (though not always), empty the auger and air chamber.
If a GBC StreamPunch is present inverter timing is absolutely critical and have found every 2M or so replacing the ADM assembly helps out (I have tried replacing rollers and clutches to little use), otherwise no big issues (Read: Avoid the StreamPunch at all costs!)
I've found little merit in pushing PM cycles, but done thoroughly and on time they run well. The fuser can often be pushed to almost 2x the PM in the right environment however.
Keep the mag roller and doctor blade clean to avoid weak or void areas, and charge corona clean to avoid lines and SC301's.
Teach you customers to care about loading paper, especially into the tandem tray, and about proper jam removal to avoid shredding paper in areas they can't reach.
I'm sure there are other things not coming to me right now. Keep 'er clean and don't skimp on you PM's and these usually run well. I've cared for some with over 20M.
