one of our technician reset the consumables counter and after that a message "waiting for init card". We have tried our level best to clear that but in vain. Anybody can help me out.

This is a Firmware issue, you need the firmware better than 1.03e.
Until update try this:
ARROW DOWN -2979 - SETUP /
TECHNICALS / TONER MANAGEMENT
and set this to WITHOUT
Additional to this you can try a complete Flash init by doing: Open Front Door -ARROW DOWN -# -5If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions! -

Same problem. Did all the above, installed new firmware version 1.06b but message "wait for init card" remains.
