hallowiam getting an error sc392 on nashuatec d 422 after rebuilding the PCU whith new drum,new developer type 28,new cleaning blade,new toner. i make sure the flag is in vertical position i even tried to enter service mode sp 2-802. five times vt1.43/2.29, vsg0.05, vsp0.05, vsdp0.05 . sp 2-221. id sensor error display vsg0.13v, vsp0.11v, power 254, vsg-vsp0.02v, vt1.72, >>>i know error code sc 392 is level 'b' service code which basically means powering off / on is sufficient to reset this error>>ERROR CODE SC 392 = TD sensor initial setting error. TD sensor initial setting is not performed correctly. • ID sensor defective • No developer • Drum does not turn • Developer roller does not turn • Poor connection of the PCU • The voltage is not applied to charge roller>>i replace id sensor and check drum and Developer roller they are rotate.>>i Check the gears in the developer section and also Check the gears that drive the drum they are ok.>>i would really appreciate if someone can help thanks

Without even looking at the manual I can see there is FAR too much toner in the Dev!(Vt 1.43) Also, Vsp / Vsg both 0.05vmeans the drum is covered in toner. Was the toner in the machine when you did the dev setup?? Was the machine overtoning before the rebuild? if the answer is yes, the new dev is screwed because the machine continued adding toner during the dev initialisation.

ALWAYS leave the toner out of the machine when setting up dev and cover the entrance from the drum recycle section or you will NEVER get a good dev setup!
