    Savin 2535

    I have a Savin 2535 that has 4 paper trays and is setup for printing. However the customer can only select tray 1 and 2 for printing. The other two trays don't show up. Why are other two trays not showing up and what can be done to allow the customer to be able to use these trays? Any help appreciated, thank you.

      Add the trays 3 and 4 in the Accessories/Options tab of the printer driver.

          Yes if they appear on copier screen and function then it is the driver accessories option that is not checked.
