    My 1045 has one problem. this machine copies text page very good. But some DOCs. that have picture ,their copy result is very bad , ( output page is blur and text and other details vanished at it)

    First Thing, that comes to my mind reading your description is moist paper. Did you try a new Package already?
    Are you able to scan a print and post it here? If we can have a look on it, its easier to analyse the error.
    If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!

      Ricoh AF-1045 / 2045 / 3045 is very bad machines. All machines problem is throw up the toner front cover, paper casette, all time paper jamming. I think this machines is very bad produce from by Ricoh.

        I have seen bad drum cause it as well as dirty optics

          Sounds like the machine is not copying Grayscale very good. These never did, but have you tried cleaning Optics and DV Shield?

          I "think" there was a firmware to improve this. Optical sensitivity weak.. maybe lamp?

            iust, you may have already tried this, but experiment with the "original type" setting on the display. You should have the option to select text, text/photo, photo, pale, and generation copy. Assuming your machine is clean and no other issues are going on to effect copy quality, this may help.
