I got a warranty call on this printer a couple of months ago and replaced the fuser and the back door. Now when the customer prints anything large like 8 or more pages, the job will leave out large parts of the page every 2 or 3 pages. Then the machine will stop and flash a "low fuser temp" fault and tell them to cycle the power. I had them reinstall the drivers and that did nothing. I took the printer back to the shop to test, but wanted to know if anyone has seen this?

In an effort to help someone, I will let you know the temp error was from Ricoh sending me a 220 volt fuser for a 110 machine. The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen Hawking
