Ricoh MPC4000 SC750

this machine with a SR790 finisher gives an DC750 error code. I understand that this a problem with the shift tray motor.(?)
Can anyone give me the part number of this motor.

The Part Number for the Shift Tray Motor is AX040098.

Make sure the lower finisher tray is not tweaked. These get jacked up by the customer all the time.

Make sure the long black actuator that is on top of the shift tray is not yanked out, this determines its height.
