Savin 2545 toner clumping

I have a recurring problem with this at only one of my customers. The toner will clump & harden in the waste toner transfer box on the front end of the image unit. This prevents the fresh toner from passing thru to the dev unit. I believe it is related to a "damp" building & the humidity is causing the clumping. Anyone have experience with this issue & a preventive solution?

Clean out the filter on the entrance to the dev unit, the screen may be clogged causing a backup in the area you mentioned.
