I have a Ricoh Aficio 1045, and everytime i send a fax it prints out a status report. Does anyone have any idea how to turn that off because I would rather not print out hundreds of papers and throw them away. Thanks

If you look in the operations guide for the fax option, also downloadable from Ricoh's website, there will be a bit switch setting that you will be able to turn it off with. If you struggle finding it, post back and I'll have a shufty. Don't have the manual to hand at the minute.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Check in the User Tools/Fax section and you'll find a 'parameter list' function (print and view). Print out the list and it will tell you which switch to change.Comment
