when printing envelop on bypass example for landscape print, machine print portrait then paper jam occur the machine. what to do?

What machine is this? Sounds like it could be a page setup issue. You need to check the page setup in whatever program you are running.

Don't set a size for the bypass on the machine, leave it as auto detect. If you set a paper size for the bypass at the machine, if the page info from your print job does not match exactly what the machine thinks should be going through, you will have problems.

Does the machine jam if you try to make a copy instead of a print onto the envelope in the bypass tray? If it does not, it is most certainly a mismatch with the print job.
