Have you flashed the firmware? If that doesn't help, it sounds like you've covered everything except the board.Don't take that toner with me!Comment

try to upgrade the firmware?
have you tried with cross cable?
if not try to pull out the controller board and push it back..
if still can't, might want to try changing the board.Comment

If the link light doesn't come on then the NIC may well be bad on the controller. Sounds like its time to replace the board.Comment
