    SC 870 for MP 3350

    FRIENDS,please help,i performed already SP 5-846-050 & 5-832-006 but still unsolved any idea out there?

    Assuming card is in proper slot, try another hard drive
    IBM, Mita, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, HyPAS, Canon, Oce, Samsung, HP, TEO IP PBX/Unified Communications, Comptia Network+ Comptia PDI+ Certifications

      SC870 is usually the HDD. Although, on this model the controller board is unusually fragile. Are you experiencing SC672 / 819 also? If so, the controller may have gone down.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Sir, to give you more details , this machine is working and it can makes copy but only shown SC 870 in the control panel, the manual say that HARD DISK is defective, but this machine has no hard disk. Any way i will try to replace contoller and to check the sd cards. Thank you for the advice.

          That's odd, especially if the machine has no HDD. Sounds like the controller has died.

              i over came this error by luck carring out Hdd format. However it would not let ne format all. I had to start at the bottom of HDD formatting and work my way up formatting 1 by 1. I then could format all. Must agree with the rest it is normally the controller i was lucky......
