need help afico 1085

hello friends, i have aficio 1085 which is always given black copies once i make high volume job...and its droping toner....afteri changed developer and drum print was ok but after around 2000 print its maka sometimes half portion black print ,every few copies.........

is it copies or prints???
if it is copies then have a look at the ribbon cable that supplies power to the exposure lamp.
