Have anyone experience with message I have adding toner even I just install brand new toner, but machine keeps saying open and replace toner, I did replaced 3 toner black but it still saying it, would anyone know what happened on this message Thankyou very much

Yes this has happened to me with an MPC2500, using compatible toner. When away with original. I think compatible had bad RF chips. Tried three different units.

I have this problem quite a bit if the customer does not shake the crap out of the new cartridge before installing. This toner seems to clump easily.

Very likely could be the toner pump. I've replaced a half dozen in the last year.

The toner pumps are all the same, the only difference between the colors is the length of the hose that comes attached to the pump. I just carry the black and replace the pump only. What I recommend is that once you remove the pump and before you attach the new one, access the hopper assy at the back of the machine and vacuum the other end of the hose to remove any blockage that might be present (also vacuum the nozzle assy that has the sensor attached to it). Be careful how you route the pump harness when you plug it back in. Twice I left it loose (not flush to the frame) and ripped the wires when I reinstalled the transfer unit. You may have to cycle the power a few times (or open/close the front cover) to establish the toner present condition.

ding dong I dont know what the problem is so lets just run through the list to help point you in the right direction.
Check the following:
TD sensor might be faulty. TD sensor check for VT Display in SP3201 numbers 001(B), 002(M), 003(C), 004(Y ).

• These values should be compared against VTREF Display SP3222 001(B), 002(M), 003(C), 004(Y ).
• Normally VT display should be slightly below (.1 to .2) then the VTREF value, the more VT is above VTREF the less toner is being seen in the developer unit, when VT is .5 above VTREF a Toner End Condition is indicated if Toner Near End has been detected first.
• If VT display is high open and close the front door to perform Toner End Recovery or try a forced toner feed SP3015 to add toner and lower VT.
• If VT remains high check the Toner Attraction Pump and/or the supply tube (may be clogged or crimped) .

additional checks:
Check the Toner End Sensor with SP5803 - 035 (K) / 036(M) / 037(C) /0 38(Y) should read 0 with toner present and 1 with no toner present.

• If SP for affected color reads 1 and no toner is present at the Toner End Sensor
  • Check that affected the Toner Bottle Clutch engages by watching the rotation of the Toner Bottle
  • If the Bottle Rotates check that the gearing and shutter open properly
• If SP for affected color reads 1 and toner is present
  • Check and/or replace the Toner End Sensor
• If SP for the affected color reads 0 and no toner is present
  • check and/or replace the Toner End Sensor
