    Aficio 650 w/ light copies

This machine got a new developer a short while ago. The customer makes prints with a high coverage, and is now complaining the blacks are comming out greyish. Any operation that I can tell him to do (toner replenishing or something like that)? I've skimmed over the operation manual and found nothing.

    Thanks!

The dev unit bias connector fails and causes light copies. Mark the frame before removing the old one as the position of it determines the drum/developer gap!

And change the mag roller, the bias pin will be worn.
