I have a customer who is currently using Equitrac version 3.0.3. They log on to the Terminals using an external equitrac box using an ID such as C3384 or C4498 for example. The system lets them create new users as the go along and they create files in order. C1 C2 C3 for example.
What they want to be able to do it to enable a new alpha character to be used. So for example D1 D2 D3 or L1 L2 L3. However, when you try to enter this new acccount on the equitrac box it comes up invalid account. What do I have to do to get it to let me create accounts with a new starting letter like D L or MN or whatever?
I have looked in the system manager under configuration and its set to create new users automatically yet it doesn't seem to work????
