can't accsess the print and scan features. customer can't print or scan. i have orange and green lights lit on the nic card but when i press the printer or scanner buttons on the dashboard it beeps at me. i can go into user tool system settings and check the ip but it changed from the original ip. when i go into user tools the scanner and printer boxes are missing. went back with new print scan system and made sure dhcp was off but same deal. turning dhcp off should allow me to plug in a static ip but it will not allow me to right. ideas appreciated. thanks t

A broken HDD can also be the cause. Had it last week with an MPC2800.

go inside program and access the SC History 7 403 you will propably see a an HDD errors!!!!!!
