    No copy only lines on A 3030

    Hi,
    I have problem newer seen! When the copier A3030 is still cold they work normaly but if you make aprox. more then 100 shets they start copy only lines with very low background of copy. In attachemend is sample. I checked all conectivities, bords and laser but they looks good. Any idea from your side?

    That's a pretty pattern. That's got to be board, HDD or memory. Try unplugging the HDD first, then do the same copy job. If that doesn't work, go for memory, etc etc. You'll soon track it down.

      Try new laser unit have had this before mainly due to people not cleaning filters. The machine gets to hot inside causing laser unit to warp

                  Yes to memory...but try a scanner memory clear first. this was a common problem on the 1027's

                      Definitely is nothing around the drum! I changed the drum few times. First I start with memory - changed RAM. We will see if it goes beter?! The machine is only copier without printer and HDD.

                        what i meant is the cleaning blade. have you replaced them? continuous printing or copying may result in poor cleaning especialy when your cleaning blade is deteriorated and you are copying continuously. and the machine is hot.
