MP 4000 Fusing Unit

Hello,
I have a problem, the sheet cebloque always
Release of the merger before entering the unit brigde
the sorter.

The detectors are clean.
I change the merger with another MP 4000,
problem is the same. I also change the belt
transfer, same problem.

Have you any idea?

Cleaning / replace bridge switches

If the paper stops on the way to the bridge unit, try to clean or replace the bridge switches, they tend to be poor.
Check the service mode area 7504 where the stop sign.
If there is a lot of stops on (at power on) it's switch to the bridge unit.
