Does anyone has any more informayion
the manual said :

401 C Transfer roller leak detected
A transfer roller current leak signal is
detected.

High voltage supply board defective

Poor cable connection or defective
cable

Transfer connector defective

You've pretty much got all the information there. Couple of other things to try, make sure the little springs that connect to the transfer bias terminals are there, not bent etc, same for the bias terminals on the transfer unit itself. Also try replacing the transfer unit contact clutch (A232 2379) that's always a good one.

That clutch is the problem 95% of the time in my experience.

I've only seen 402 and 405 with that clutch. Interesting to know it causes 401 too, cheers Ghost.

yes they are all right check or replace the clutch and the spring and the transfer contact.
