Is it possible to save the data from the adress book (Scan) so I can replace the HDD and
transfer the data to the new HDD.

sorry, but it is not possible, only manually

You can backup the adress book using Smart Device Monitor (if the HDD is not crashed or something). You can export the adress book to a CSV-file and then use the import function to transfer it to the new HDD.
