    SD slot?s for MPC7500.

    As there's only 2 slots.
I have PS card. Printer/Scanner option card. VM card.
how do i combine Printer & PS together?
    or there's other alternative?

There's a section in the manual that outlines how to merge applications to one card. It's located just after the section that outline how to update the firmware I believe. Pretty simple actually. IIRC, the Print/Scan has to be merged onto the PS card. The VM card has to go in slot 2, which is the service slot.

Remember that if you ever need to update firmware on the machine, through the use of an SD card, you will have to stop all Java Packages and uninstall Java. Power the machine off and remove the Java card. Then insert your Firmware SD card. Or you could just update firmware remotely, through @Remote or on site with WIM. This way you don't have to go through the whole Java rigamiroe.
