    FGATE ON error: Yellow

The PFGATE ON signal does not assert within 5 seconds after
processing the image in normal job or MUSIC for start position [Yellow].

    1. Check the connection between the controller board and the IPU.
    2. Replace the IPU.
    3. Replace the controller board.

That's an odd one. When is it displaying this SC code? Straight after power on or during printing / copying?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

Have you replaced the pcu's recently? If so, did you plug the connector into the dev unit properly or pinch any of the wires when replacing the pcu cover. We've had some wierd faults as a result of this....

It'll probably need a new yellow toner pump too, toner flooding on these is a sign the pump's on it's way out.
