Escan to format TIFF, GROUP 4

Please help me, I need scan a image whit barcodes.

And the software that I'm using need a image with format tiff and Group 4.

But I don't knom how is It.

I have the AF1515 multifuction with scanrouter.

Again.

Now I using the device AF 171 and I need scanning in format tiff(one page).

But in the device exist the option 1page tiff/jpeg.

I need only tiff.

That's the setting you need. Just leave it there. The way you scan jpeg is by choosing "Grayscale" in Scan Settings. So, the setting you have will work.
