Ricoh 2022 updating destination list failed

I am trying to set up the printer and scanning features on this machine . I got the printer option to work but I am having difficulties with scanning . The fax button is red and display reads network problems and code 15-01 . any ideas any one please.

I looked through the system settings and didnt notice where that switch might be . where shoul I look?
