Ricoh 3245 Login user name and password

Is there a backdoor user name and password to get into administrator mode or is there a memory clear comand to reset this to factory setting.

According to the four or five hundred other threads on here regarding the same thing (two on the front page alone), log in as supervisor with no password. This will then let you change the admin details. Try using the search tool before posting, people get kinda tired of saying the same thing over and over again.
