My machine is aficio 1060 , I have a jam in the duplex unit I found 2 papers in the duplex entrance , every few copies I have the jam , I check out the jam location code it was 16 ,I clean the duplex sensors and the duplex unit all but the problem still .

I would consider replacing the Duplex Clutch AX200243. I would also make sure the Driven Reverse Roller is clean and that the Reverse Solenoid is not binding and keeping the Reverse Roller from contacting the paper. The Duplex Unit has to reverse the paper very quickly so it is almost impossible to test the duplex clutch for slipping.
