    What's in a name... but yes you are right.
    Nevertheless...... developer might be succed out of the toner hopper and cause these problems !
    Thats the whole idea.
    We are not here to catch flees........Are you shure your customer did not clean/vacuum the machine?
    I have seen odd things customers do ;-)
    technicians are the only ones that don't trust technical stuff !

        I replaced the toner drive unit in the rear and that seems to have taken care of it.
