does anyone know if theres anyway i can disable the colour printing completely. i just want the machine to print in black and white only. i know i can disable it from the computer but i want to know if theres a way i can disable the colour function completely.

If your using the standard drivers then no, as thats the idea of having options in a freeware driver...
Try just using a Ricoh, Black & White printer driver (with duplex) so that the colour option is not available. -
Can't you just enable user codes and apply it to color prints/copies only and not assign a code to it? Is this with or without a scanner? If with, you would do it through the user tools. If it's a printer only you can web into it and set it.Comment
