    jam

    hi all
i'm doing research on the reasons of jam in copiers, especially Ricoh Models
To be a reference for maintenance technicians and will benefit everyone.
I hope you help me and to remind each of you what he knows about the gathering, the causes and methods of treatment through the experiences.

    thx

I had a good one yesterday, paper jamming in bridge unit of a MPC4500. I open it up to find a lump of chocolate easter egg had some how had found its way in there. No idea how it got there or where it came from and no one in the office was addmitting to it. Lucky it hadn't melted into any thing I guess.
