    mp 5500 screen freeze - lock up running PCC

    Cannot find my first thread so I apologise if you have already seen this.

    MP5500

    Screen freezes - locks up.

    Changed opps panel with machine next to it and does the same thing. All the firmware is up to date and PCC reinstalled and tested ok. I have 4 different machines in the same location.

    Any ideas would be great

    Controller next I think

      Sorry....... 4 machine in teh same location DOING the same thing ....LOCKING up freezes the screen

          Where is it freezing up? On boot? While in use? At idle? You might try formatting or swapping HDD's before ordering boards. They are often a culprit.
          the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
