I am getting an SC865-01 which after searching this site and have found that the problem is the HDD's.

Can someone please talk me through the procedure for formatting through the Tech Rep mode. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you format all you will loose address book and scanning details (SMTP server, etc) so make sure you have that information available.

the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
